    • Q: What's the advantage of register

You can aslo go shopping without register, but you can not enjoy the features above, so it's strong recommanded that become a register.

Payment

    • Q: What payment method do you accept?
      A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money order, Cashier's Check.(Note: Money Orders, including Cashier's Checks, take longer to process because they must first be cleared with the bank)

    • Q: Why does MotoSportsMax need to verify my shipping address?
      A: For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. The reason we do this is to ensure that both you and us are protected from fraudulent activities. Someone may get your credit card informatoin and your billing address (from your trash can for example) and ship an order to anywhere in the US. Only you, as the cardholder, can add an alternate address on file with the bank and/or credit card company; this keeps our fraud rate down and gives you more peace of mind knowing you are purchasing/shopping with a company who has your best interests in mind.

      Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please note this only takes 5 minutes and you will never have to do it again once this is completed.
 

Shipping:

    • Q: Where do you ship? Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Costa Rico or Canada?
      A: Our standard shipping cover 48 Continental States in USA from Southern California. For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas, please email us or call us for shipping fee quote.

    • Q: How long will it take to ship my order after I place my order?
      A: We have all products listed on our website in stock, it takes us up to 24-48 business hours to process your order. We will email you a tracking number after we ship out your order.

    • Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order after I place order?
      A: It usually takes 1-2 business day for us to process your order, and another 3-7 business days to deliver your order.

  • Q: How do you ship my order?
    A: For most of non-parts products, we ship by trucking company from our warehouse. Your bike will be put in a crate. Our trucking company will deliver it directly to your door. Before they deliver, they will call the number you gave to us.

    • Q: Do your bikes come with certificate of origin or MSO?
      A: Yes, All of our bikes come with certificate origin aka MSO.

    • Q: Do your products come with manual?
      A: Yes, manual is put inside the package.

    • Q: Is your product fully assembled? How much assembling do I need to do?
      A: It depends. Many of our ATVs and Scooter are 85% assembled. For most ATVs, handle bars and front wheels need to be installed

    • Q: Do you have parts for your products in stock? Where do I get parts for your products?
      A: We stock all parts for our products. The best way to get parts is to contact us as our parts prices are the lowest and we have all replacement parts for our products.

    • Q: My DMV needs bill of sale and certificate of origin to register my bike, can you provide?
      A: Yes.
